HBD to this silly blog. Also finished the Last Exam for My undergrad.

I thought I would write more things but... Not much to say, I guess

I guess that’s it. I gave Professor Kalb my bluebook, had a friendly chat, and my undergrad years are officially over.

“Congratulations.” He said, with his nice smile and blue-eyed gaze.

I walked outside of Mandel, with the 1/4 of class fiercely talking about the quiz. One of them said, “I couldn’t care less.”

I walked from Mandel, all the way downhill, all the way down Usdan, all the way to the small, individual couches at the Goldfarb exit towards Usdan. It was quiet and breezy. Maybe a little bit too breezy. Just a chill, Friday afternoon.

Now I could think of the intensive brainstorming, prepping, memorizing, writing, … The mishearing of only 20 minutes is left, which is actually 20 minutes has passed. I did put a lot of effort into this exam. Because I want closure. I love the game. But this is actually not a game. The passion for academia is pure and sacred, and maybe I shouldn’t joke around about it anymore.

I am thinking about that Instagram reel: while the last exam in high school always ends with screaming and cheering, the last one in college is silent and lonely. It really is. That reel magnified into my Friday afternoon at 2:40 pm.
